We are excited to serve you real food that is not only delicious but also good for your body, the environment, and society. As parents and concerned with our -and most important- our kids’ health, we take pride in using only the freshest and most natural ingredients for all our menu options, which are prepared in-house with care.
Our dough is made with simple ingredients, Italian 00 flour, water, olive oil, sea salt, and yeast. It is then fermented for a minimum of 24 hours, resulting in a pizza that is not only great tasting but also easier to digest and has a lower glycemic index.
Our San Marzano tomato sauce is perfectly seasoned, using only the best ingredients.
Our meatballs are made with premium ground beef & pork meats seasoned and prepared daily.
Our Lemon Honey Vinaigrette is a delightful emulsification of cold- pressed olive oil, fresh lemon juice, local honey, and pink Himalayan salt.
We use all-natural cage-free eggs.
